For a limited time, we are accepting Medicaid insurance at the Lebanon office for restorative dentistry.
What is restorative dentistry? This does not include cleanings or dentures, but does include crowns (Medicaid only covers front teeth), fillings, extractions, and some limited root canals. This is at the Lebanon, OH location ONLY, located at 1521 Walmart Dr. Suite 501 Lebanon, OH 45036. It is in front of the Lebanon Walmart parking lot. Our Blue Ash and Batavia offices are not accepting new patients with Medicaid for restorative dentistry, only for IV Sedation and extractions on a referral basis.
We will continue our IV Sedation services for extractions as an ongoing offering at all of our locations. It will continue throughout this time and beyond this limited time that we’re offering restorative dentistry services at the Lebanon office.
