James Piner, DDS

Dr. James Piner enjoys teaching patients about any aspect of dentistry they would like to know more about. He will take time to review and discuss any questions a patient may have about their dental needs because he believes the more a patient understands, the more effectively they can work together as a team to handle their care.

Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, where his journey in dentistry began, Dr. George has pursued advanced training in implant therapy and moderate sedation, ensuring top-tier care for his patients.

Dr. Leighann Distler, a dedicated family dentist at Moorehead Dentistry, combines her expertise with a passion for educating patients through evidence-based care. She is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered dental treatment.

Emily Lear, DMD

Dr. Lear is committed to personalized, compassionate care. She takes the time to get to know each patient, building strong, lasting relationships and creating treatment plans that suit their unique needs.

Phil Michael

COO

Phil began his career in the dental field as a contractor for Moorehead Dentistry providing IT and Marketing services at both the Blue Ash and Batavia Dental Office locations. With a degree in Sound Engineering, he now works as General Manager to blend the technical and creative to build efficient systems and processes, while actively growing the business and passionately leading the team. The business side of dentistry excites him and he is excited for the opportunities that the future brings.

Phil’s Christian faith influences his work and life as he leads the team at Moorehead Dentistry and his family. He enjoys spending time out in nature and playing percussion in the band at church. Phil lives in the Kenwood area with his wife Cassie and kids Theo and Fiona.

Diane Feichtner

Office Manager - Blue Ash

Diane has nearly four decades of experience working in the dental industry. She received her training from the Scarlet Oaks Vocational Center in dental assisting. After graduation, Diane entered the Air Force and served our country in the Air National Guard from 1978-1986. After her basic training, she returned to the dental industry and fell in love with office management and patient care. Diane loves coming to work each day because she enjoys interacting with patients and going above and beyond patient’s customer service expectations. Diane takes great pride in doing her job with excellence and always tries to personally get to know each and every patient who comes through our office doors. The patients and families she has come to know over the years is the reason she loves coming to work each day.

Diane is the mother of two beautiful children, Branden and Gabi. Her children light up her life in every way. Diane attributes her strength, independence and compassion to her mother, Rose Marie Feichtner, who has taught her by example. In her spare time she loves to be on long walks in the park with her her dog, Lucy. She also enjoys reading novels, being outdoors, working in the yard, and Saturday evening dinners with her family on the river.

Diane Richards

Office Manager - Batavia

Diane began her career in Dental Office Management in 2001. She enjoys coming to work each day in the downtown Batavia office, that has a small town feel. Diane loves interacting with patients and families that have become a part of Moorehead Dentistry, making them feel at home. She is very passionate about the patient experience and care. Diane loves helping patients achieve their dental goals. She loves seeing the generations of families in the office. Diane enjoys gardening, crafting, baking and spending time outdoors. She especially loves and values spending time with her husband, their family and grandkids.

Brooklynn

Office Manager - Lebanon

Meet Brooklynn, our dedicated Office Manager, who has been with our practice for over a decade. During her time with us, she has grown alongside Dr. Moorehead, starting as his Dental/Surgical assistant. She has enjoyed the opportunity to work one-on-one with her patients, providing them with a calm, pleasant, and positive experience while in the dental chair. She has also spent many years as our company's Clinical Director, working across our multiple locations, where she has focused on training and mentoring our clinical staff. This has allowed her passion for training and mentorship to shine through, helping our Dental teams thrive and grow.

Brook's contribution of strong organizational skills and her ability to lead and motivate her team are key to our practice's success. She oversees administrative, clinical, and operational aspects of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and staff. She is excited to be with her team in the Lebanon office, where she is passionate about patient care and creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.

Brook lives in Loveland with her husband, Steve, and Son, Ethan. Outside the office, Brook enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, hiking, and soaking up the sun. You can often find her exploring new places around town or volunteering her time with those she cares about most. These times are even sweeter for her when they are shared among her family, fur babies, and friends!
