That’s why, in our Blue Ash, Batavia, and Lebanon dental offices, we offer many procedures that other dentists refer out. This results in convenience from driving around the city for multiple appointments and cost savings as you won’t be charged higher fees for the same services.

Doug Moorehead, DDS
Dr. Moorehead is passionate about affordable dental care in his Batavia, Blue Ash and Lebanon dental offices. He has extensive knowledge, background, and education that is not only award-winning it provides a level of dental expertise untouched in the local area.
Mike Franke, DDS
Dr. Franke is passionate about teaching patients about preventative dental care and encourages patients to be active participants in their dental treatment decisions. Getting to know his patients really help Dr. Franke tailor your care to your needs.
James Piner, DDS
Dr. James Piner enjoys teaching patients about any aspect of dentistry they would like to know more about. He will take time to review and discuss any questions a patient may have about their dental needs because he believes the more a patient understands, the more effectively they can work together as a team to handle their care.
Pat Greitzer, DDS
Dr. Pat Greitzer provides judgement-free dental care in a transparent and positive manner, and has a passion for changing lives through tooth replacement via dental implants.

Dr. Adreel George, an accomplished implant dentist at Moorehead Dentistry, brings a rich background in oral surgery and healthcare. Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, where his journey in dentistry began, Dr. George has pursued advanced training in implant therapy and moderate sedation, ensuring top-tier care for his patients.
Leighann Distler, DDS
Dr. Leighann Distler, a dedicated family dentist at Moorehead Dentistry, combines her expertise with a passion for educating patients through evidence-based care. She is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered dental treatment.

Phil Michael
COO
Phil began his career in the dental field as a contractor for Moorehead Dentistry providing IT and Marketing services at both the Blue Ash and Batavia Dental Office locations. With a degree in Sound Engineering, he now works as General Manager to blend the technical and creative to build efficient systems and processes, while actively growing the business and passionately leading the team. The business side of dentistry excites him and he is excited for the opportunities that the future brings.
Phil’s Christian faith influences his work and life as he leads the team at Moorehead Dentistry and his family. He enjoys spending time out in nature and playing percussion in the band at church. Phil lives in the Kenwood area with his wife Cassie and kids Theo and Fiona.
Diane Feichtner
Office Manager - Blue Ash
Diane has nearly four decades of experience working in the dental industry. She received her training from the Scarlet Oaks Vocational Center in dental assisting. After graduation, Diane entered the Air Force and served our country in the Air National Guard from 1978-1986. After her basic training, she returned to the dental industry and fell in love with office management and patient care. Diane loves coming to work each day because she enjoys interacting with patients and going above and beyond patient’s customer service expectations. Diane takes great pride in doing her job with excellence and always tries to personally get to know each and every patient who comes through our office doors. The patients and families she has come to know over the years is the reason she loves coming to work each day.
Diane is the mother of two beautiful children, Branden and Gabi. Her children light up her life in every way. Diane attributes her strength, independence and compassion to her mother, Rose Marie Feichtner, who has taught her by example. In her spare time she loves to be on long walks in the park with her her dog, Lucy. She also enjoys reading novels, being outdoors, working in the yard, and Saturday evening dinners with her family on the river.
Darla Bateman
Office Manager - Lebanon
After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration she worked in Retail Management and Human Resources before finding her true passion in Dentistry. With over 12 years of experience in dentistry Darla takes great pride in ensuring the patients needs are met and helping the patient understand their dental treatment and that their questions are answered. She gets to know every patient that walks into the office and takes pride in knowing each and every patient. Darla is a great multitasker and has an exceptional work ethic. When she is not working you will find her spending time with her fiance, Corbit, and her 2 cats Morticia & Regan. In her free time she enjoys motorsports, football and is always looking to learn a new recipe. You may see Darla and Corbit cruising around town in one of their race cars.
Diane Richards
Office Manager - Batavia
Diane began her career in Dental Office Management in 2001. She enjoys coming to work each day in the downtown Batavia office, that has a small town feel. Diane loves interacting with patients and families that have become a part of Moorehead Dentistry, making them feel at home. She is very passionate about the patient experience and care. Diane loves helping patients achieve their dental goals. She loves seeing the generations of families in the office. Diane enjoys gardening, crafting, baking and spending time outdoors. She especially loves and values spending time with her husband, their family and grandkids.

They got me in amazingly quickly when I had a cracked infected wisdom tooth. I have severe dental anxiety and they were super reassuring and calm and explained everything to me. This was the first time I used sedation to get a tooth removed and it was easy and quick and as painless as it can be. Diane at the front desk is great and makes sure you have everything you need to get through your appointment. The lobby is also really nice with kids' toys, tv, books, and refreshments. Definitely will be returning to them for my routine dental work and cleanings. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Sedated extraction went amazingly well considering. Same with recovery. I've never had an extraction heal so well, I always get dry socket and infections, not this time. Extensive aftercare paperwork makes aftercare a breeze. I will never go anywhere else for dental surgery! The office is spotless, the staff are wonderful and nice and completely understanding with anxiety issues. I don't have a single bad thing to say about an experience that is never a fun thing to deal with. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful to you for suggesting I get a NTI. You suggested I might benefit from using a NTI after I mentioned I was having sensitivity in some of my teeth. Not only did the NTI completely banish the sensitivity I had been feeling, but it also worked to stop the daily headaches I was experiencing. I have tried custom made night guards in the past, but they didn't help with the headaches. The guard would help me to not grind my teeth together, but I was still clenching my jaw while sleeping, therein causing the headaches. My molars are completely prevented from making contact while I sleep with my new NTI . So, no clenching; which means no headaches or sensitive teeth! The cost of the NTI was significantly less than I have paid for other mouth guards that didn't work. I can't say it enough, the NTI has literally changed my life. No more headaches! Thank you for suggesting the NTI, I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from the same symptoms as I.

Each time I come to the office I am treated wonderfully. The staff knows me and will ask me how various things are going in my life. It is nice to have personal touch and not be a number. One of my early visits to the practice I asked the hygienist if she likes working here. She replied, “Yes, very much.” When I asked “why?” she said “I have worked places where I have had to be quiet because the dentist was doing procedures that I knew were not needed. Dr. Moorehead is honest and only does procedures that are truly needed.
